Her tenure included spearheading multimillion-dollar cost reduction initiatives, driving process optimization across global operations, and building high-performing teams grounded in trust, inclusion, and strategic alignment. In her most recent role as Finance Director of Technology Development, Lisa led a team of analysts in supporting technology portfolio decisions and financial planning for budgets exceeding $300M annually. As an CFO, Lisa has also worked closely with numerous clients to refine financial processes, implement reporting systems, and develop accounting teams from the ground up. Lisa is known not only for her financial acumen but also for her servant leadership style, her commitment to diversity and inclusion, and her ability to drive change that delivers real, measurable impact.
Beyond her impressive background, Lisa is a thoughtful leader who truly invests in her teams and leads with heart.
