As a second-generation industry leader, Terry’s background is deeply rooted in his family’s history—his father was a prominent figure in the lumber industry, and his grandfather was a master carpenter.
Throughout his career, Terry has excelled in various roles, including executive management and wholesale trading. His expertise spans plywood, OSB, and lumber, with a strong focus on developing and executing sales strategies, contract negotiations and customer service. Notably, Terry has created innovative products and market strategies tailored to customer needs, consistently driving business growth and fostering long-term relationships.
In addition to his deep industry knowledge, Terry is passionate about developing programs that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. His experience in wholesale trading and mill sales has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain, from production to delivery.
